On September 8, 2021, I received one of the best emails I could have received. I am proud to announce that I have achieved and received my (MPM®) Master Property Manager designation from NARPM® (National Association of Residential Property Managers).
(MPM®) Master Property Managers have completed advanced course requirements and reached the highest levels of achievements for NARPM® in their community. The Master Property Manager Designation is recognized nationally and is the highest designation an individual may achieve in NARPM®.
The professional designation is awarded to property managers who have completed the highest levels of achievement, including advanced course requirements, service to the NARPM® organization, and service to the real estate industry. A detailed examination of the applicant, as well as letters of recommendation from clients, is required to complete the certification requirements.
As of this post (October 19, 2021), there are only 7 (seven) property managers in the great state of North Carolina with this designation!
I have been involved and active with NARPM® since 2013.
If you are a property manager, I highly recommend getting involved with NARPM® and being active within the association.
