Meet the Team

We help property owners manage, lease, buy and sell, single family homes, townhomes, and condos. We help to make renting easy for our tenants and property management without stress for our property owners. Founded in 2014, we have been providing professional, full property management and tenant procurement services, including leasing, applicant screening, property visits, evictions (rarely), and real estate sales, all while continuing to gain as much education in our specific industry of Property Management. We have been a professional member of NARPM® (National Association of Residential Property Managers) since 2013, have quickly become a respected and trusted property management company in the Charlotte Metro area, and are ready to help you make the best decision that is right for you.

Pamela Greene, MPM®, RMP®, SFR®, e-PRO®, and Notary, is an esteemed professional holding multiple roles in the real estate industry. As the President, Broker/Owner, REALTOR®, and Property Manager of PG Management Group, a distinguished property management firm in Matthews, NC, Pam demonstrates exceptional expertise and leadership. With an extensive career spanning over a decade, she began her journey in real estate in April 2007 and transitioned to specialize in Property Management in 2010. Recognizing an opportunity to provide specialized services, Pam established PG Management Group, LLC, in February 2014, focusing on property management and real estate sales.

Pam's dedication to professional development is evident through her active involvement in key industry organizations. She became a member of NCR (NC REALTORS®) in 2007, NARPM® (National Association of Residential Property Managers) in 2013, and NCRPMD (NC REALTORS® Property Management Division) in 2016, actively contributing to their respective missions. Since 2019, Pam has served as a valuable member of the NARPM® Charlotte Regional Chapter Board of Directors.

In 2021, she earned the C2EX (REALTORS® Commitment to Excellence) endorsement from NAR along with the At Home with Diversity Certification® (AHWD) through NAR in 2022, ensuring she remains attuned to the diverse needs of clients. In January 2023, she obtained her certification in Short Sales and Foreclosures Resource (SFR®) and has been published in the NARPM® Residential Resource Magazine (June 2022 and March 2023), and served as the Speaker Chair for the 2023 NC Property Management Conference.

Pam actively contributes to the advancement of the industry. Her tenure as the NARPM® Communications Committee Chair in 2021 and 2022 exemplifies her capacity for effective leadership and strategic communication. Additionally, she holds a Governor position within NC REALTORS® Property Management Division (NCRPMD) and is a member of the Education Advisory Group with Canopy REALTOR® Association. Pam's influence extends regionally as one of the two 2023 NARPM® Ambassadors for the Atlantic Region, further underscoring her commitment to fostering collaboration and best practices in the field. In March 2023, Pam enhanced her expertise by obtaining her paralegal certificate from Western Carolina University, expanding her knowledge base and further contributing to her clients and industry.

Throughout her extensive involvement and collaborations with industry organizations, Pam remains dedicated to promoting best practices and setting a standard of excellence for property management professionals.

She is the mother of 2 amazing kids, Austin and Emily, and 2 furbabies, Turtle, “The Best Rescue Shepsky Ever,” and Monkey, the “Diva Cat.” Pam loves spending time with her family, her better half, rock, and her business partner, Ian, and in her spare time, has found a passion for sewing, crocheting, crafting, and Court TV.

You loathe typical real estate agent bios. Don’t worry, We do too. They’re like cardboard -- stiff, bland, and identical to every other bio out there. Instead of boasting ad nauseum about awards and accomplishments you’re not interested in, we are taking the novel approach of actually giving you what you want -- real answers to questions you’re probably wondering right now.

  • Will you return my calls and emails?

    Yes. Without question.

    We realize this is one of the major frustrations the general public has with dealing with agents. We get dozens of calls and emails daily, and we work hard to reply as quickly as possible.

  • I’ve met many Realtors who are jerks. Are you?

    Depends on who you ask. If you ask certain agents who have stood between our clients and their real estate goals, they'll probably say "yes". A handful of people think we leave golden footprints in the sand. Those are the two extremes, and most people's opinion falls somewhere in the middle.

  • Here's what we can tell you:

    We are honest and candid. We take pride in being approachable and friendly. And if you need a quick real estate brain, or a strong dose of honesty, you’re in the right place. Loyalty to family, clients, and friends is one of our core values. Want to really find out if we are jerks? Mess with one of those people.

  • Do You Have experience doing exactly what I need?

    Until you tell us what you need, there is no way of knowing.

  • What kind of work are you really good at?

    On a personal level, Pam really good at crafts! She got that gene from her grandmother...she was a seamstress, but Pam cannot sew a straight line, haha! Now Ian, he is really good at numbers and his brain works like a mechanical engineer’s brain! He is also very level-headed and that is why they make a great team!
