I really have no words to express what this past week has offered, however, I will do my best. You know me...short, sweet, simple, and to the point!
I flew into Kansas City, MO, around 1:30pm CDT on October 24th and returned to CLT at approximately 2:30am on October 30th, EDT (which included a 5-hour flight delay out of MCI-Kansas City).
Day 1 (October 25th) was our Board of Directors Meeting.
Day 2 (October 26th) was our Past President's Charity Fundraiser
Days 3-5 (Oct 27-29) Registration opened, and those days were just jammed packed with education, speakers, events, tradeshow, and so much more!
All I can say is that it was a phenomenal week!
Here are some highlights for you...
Our Charlotte Regional NARPM Chapter was recognized and was awarded Chapter Excellence for the Medium-Sized Chapters Category for the 2nd year in a row!! The photo below shows all chapter Presidents or their representatives, that received this award.

I was recognized for receiving my Master Property Manager (MPM®) Designation in 2021. Here is the link to the original announcement. CONGRATULATIONS to EVERYONE that achieved your Designation in 2021!!

A small After Party for a little R&R at Howl at the Moon in Kansas City where we found this guy...does anyone know who he is?? He kinda crashed our party and made lots of friends! HAHA!!
On Tuesday, we had our Past President's Charity Fundraising Event. Bowling for Meals on Wheels with a slightly unconventional style however, we had so much fun!! OMAHA!!
We raised enough funds for over 5,000 meals!! Amazing!
Seeing one of my mentors for the first time in years....priceless!!
